2 Days Old!
The newest member of our family arrived on Thursday, March 19th!! Anna Grace Rohrich made her debut at 11:41 am at 7 lbs 3 oz, 20.5 inches. My c-section wasn't scheduled until the 25th however she followed in her older sister's footsteps and decided to surprise us a little sooner than that! Anna and I are going home today and can't wait! We miss daddy, Katie and the puppies so much. It will be so great to start our new life as a family of 4 all together at home! Anna is wonderful and so sweet. Katie hasn't given us her opinion of Anna quite yet but I am sure that will happen once Katie realizes that this baby we keep calling her baby sister is coming home with us to stay!!!! It is clear that Katie is going to be a wonderful big sister and I can't wait to see a relationship form between them. However, as the pediatrician doing rounds at the hospital said "don't expect them to bond at this age", my expectations have been lowered. Way to burst my bubble doc, thanks! Anyway, I have posted a few pics of Anna's 2nd day of life. Katie held her sister for the first time and her facial expressions are priceless. Oh and BTW, I'll update this blog more than every 6 months from now on, I promise :-)

Katie received new bottles for her baby doll when she came to visit us at the hospital. She LOVES feeding her baby with them!
